Dance Marathon is a student-led initiative that spans the entire year with the goal of raising funds for children who require specialized pediatric medical care not locally available. At Florida State University, this endeavor culminates in a 30-hour event where over 1,800 dedicated students remain awake and on their feet to support the cause For The Kids!
We proudly hold the title as the largest student-run organization at FSU, and our Dance Marathon program is the third largest in the United States. Since its inception in 1995, Dance Marathon at FSU has raised over $17.4 million benefiting our partners: the UF Health Shands Children’s Hospital and the FSU College of Medicine Pediatric Outreach Programs.
